Bloomfield, CT – RED Technologies, LLC (RED-TECH) is pleased to announce that Jeff Lower P.E. has been promoted to Vice President.

Lower brings to this position 20 years of experience as an engineer, project manager, and estimator. It is his strong sense of leadership, his acumen of Department of Transportation practices, and negotiation skills that will prove him invaluable as Vice President. Lower has been a dedicated employee of RED-TECH’s for the past 8 years and an important factor to the success of countless projects the company has undertaken.
